We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team. The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for planning & reporting factory operations, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the safety and productivity of the waste management facility.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HRD Department to address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
• Monitor and maintain productivity and quality standards
• Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Manage and coordinate the work of employees, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
• Work planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds, including those with limited education or language skills
• Train, mentor, and develop team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the waste management facility
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce, including employees with limited education or language skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and retain employees in a physically demanding work environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a factory, waste management, or similar industrial setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor Degree
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
