Roles & Responsibilities~

• Ensure that the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected
• Is responsible of all production (APUs including methods, maintenance and quality)
• Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations
• Promote the Valeo 5 axes in the daily activities of the Plant
• Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L/VPS cluster of his region
• Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP)
• Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu, etc.
• Ensure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results
• Ensure maintenance of equipment

Qualifications~

• Familiar with automotive industry, especially tier 1 supplier
• Good English communication skills
• Possess plastic injection skills in automotive manufacturing
• Bachelor's or a Master degree in Engineering
• Experience as Production Manager or Automotive Engineering Manager
• Strong leadership and engineering background
