JOB SCOPE
HR Manager South East Asia coverage includes Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. Other regions could be added depending on business growth in the SEA region.
1. Understanding each region's best practice of HR and government regulations of manpower. And make sure we comply with the government regulations.
2. Involved in recruitment process from sourcing candidates through any job portals, managing schedule for interview, negotiating and closing deals with candidates.
3. Managing new joiner’s formalities such as scheduling inductions with respective users, training and guiding new joiners about company culture, values and benefits. Preparing employees needs to support their job such as laptops, ID card, email and access card.
4. Analysing and understanding each region's needs and creating policies with strong coordination with country heads and HR head.
5. Managing regional payroll every month with strong coordination with HQ HR Payroll and Regional payroll consultants.
6. Bridging the gap between employees and company. Frequently connect with employees for 1:1 (virtual and in-person) to understand their grievances and concerns.
7. Planning, managing and executing company events in each country.
8. Managing and identifying employee’s competency gap and delivering training internally or externally.
9. Partner with the country leadership to drive key talent objectives in order to drive higher engagement, motivation and retention of key employees
10. Managing each regional health insurance. Make sure the insurance is fully covered according to company standards. Managing the renewal as well and documentation.
11. Evaluate benefits offerings for the geographies from time to time through benchmarking. Provide recommendations to enhance the overall value proposition to employees.
12. Drive people objectives through structured OKRs and initiatives every quarter.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum Education is Bachelor Degree in HR Management. A Master Degree is preferred in HR Management or MBA.
2. Minimum experience is 4 years as HRBP or HR Supervisor.
3. Strong communication in English
4. Maturity in handling employee’s problems and concerns.
5. Should be familiar with Government regulations and HR best practices.
6. Familiarity with HR Payroll and calculation.
