Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Update employee data & files
  • Recap of overtime & salary
  • Recap of warehouse employee absences
  • Update on employee leave, CA process, & settlement of warehouse meal allowance
  • Create payroll envelopes & employee bonuses
  • Support medical reimbursement process


Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in data analytics and people management
  • Good communication and administrative skills
  • Has SIM A or B
  • Able to work in a fast-paced situation, high-initiative, detail oriented, and reliable
  • Willing to work in West Jakarta and can join as soon as possible
  • Experienced in handling HR administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
