About Our Client
Our client is a notable family owned FMCG company. This company is well known for their strong brands and high quality of products.

• Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel
• Manage all of the field and in-house sales functions of the Company's facilities.
• The position specifically is responsible for all Field Sales and all Sales support functions of the Company.
• Develop business in Traditional market and maintain the Modern Market business.
• Spend a sufficient portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co-traveling with sales personnel
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer Strategies
• Define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel
• In coordination with Board member to establish compensation plans for all sales personnel including salary structures, commission/incentive plans, sales contests, etc.
• Business partners/distributors in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate will be based in Jakarta and meeting this requirement:

• Strong analytical thinking and has a strong ownership
• Strong communication skills and able to develop sales team and organisation.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in FMCG company with strong focus in GT Sales
• Exposed in managing big team
• Experience in handling Food and Confectionary will be a major advantage
• Indonesian talent with minimum Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
