Job Description
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language is a must

  • Strong guest service mindset, people management & development skills
  • Has excellent customer service skills that differentiate the guest experience beyond extraordinary.
  • Has strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment that prevent a downfall and is swift in performance improvement.
  • Strong in negotiation skill, leadership, and business acumen
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting as well as profit & loss.
  • Has the ability to establish new businesses that generate revenue to increase profitability.
  • Has a minimum 5 years solid experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • Has excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Is hands-on and committed to team building and collaboration.
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Have existing experience as similar position in a luxury hotel environment of Four-Star or Five-Star property.
