Job Description
  • Meet sales target
  • The candidate will be placed in Surabaya
  • Drive sales growth and increase market share in assigned area by growing the base of existing and potential customer in the Oil & gas, Power Plant, Chemical, Pulp & Paper and Mining segments.
  • Drive value selling and value communication actions at key accounts
  • Monitor and analyze competition activities in the sales territory
  • Understand customer requirement and offer correct product or technology solution
  • Regular updating of CRM – SFDC
  • Develops, implements and sustains comprehensive account plans to achieve monthly and annual sales numbers
  • Teamwork with supply chain and service teams to ensure fulfillments of order to customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer relationship from top to bottom and ensure customer satisfaction through effective product and service offerings.
