Job responsibilities

1. Be responsible and ensure that the Account Maintenance process is in accordance with the SLA and there is no error rate.

2. Ensuring that complaints via email / CMS are handled quickly and accurately.

3. Monitor and ensure routine reports are sent to the relevant Work Unit according to the SLA.

4. Ensuring the creation of Risk and control in the AM Unit through monitoring of BP - ORSA ORAP, GCESA, KORI, KRCSA, Audit Report etc.

5. Responsible for inputting or updating KYC data on the BWCIF system

6. Perform the Delete Credit Card PIN process

7. UAT support related to the Account Maintenance process.
