What You'll do:

• Manage day-to-day account operations - you'll be the eyes and the ears of account, including organizing meetings, producing contact reports, ensuring adherence to financial processes and brand guidelines, and maintaining up-to-date and accessible account files.
• Work closely with Account Director and Creative Business Director in a hybrid Account and Project Management role, overseeing details, managing timelines, and handling people under pressure.
• Support and build relationships with clients and their business needs, assisting them with their projects and serving as a consultant on internal processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and news, utilizing internal resources and industry insights to inform and influence current and future projects.
• Help the creative team to create copies and supervise the work in order to ensure the quality and attractiveness of the creative content and work match the preferences and needs of the target audience.
• Coordinate and support cross-departmental teams and project timelines, collaborating with strategy, creative, and production departments globally ensuring everyone knows what they need to do and when.

Qualifications:

• Lastly, we want you to be truly interested in account management and passionate about what you do.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, and ability to juggle priorities.
• Able to operate or know how to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Open to fresh graduates. However, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a digital, production house, or creative agency is a plus.
• Happy and Positive attitude, willingness to commit, dedication, and a can-do attitude.
• Must be proactive, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Desire to drive continuous improvement.
• Female, Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Great command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal.
