Tenant Development Representative Jobs

Fresh Factory (YC W22) is a cold chain fulfillment and enabler company that provides services that help businesses reach their customers faster and more efficiently, also enables businesses to expand sales distribution through e-commerce.

Currently, we are looking for a Tenant Development Representative positions

• Keep records of tenant interactions, process tenant accounts and file documents
• Take the extra mile to engage tenants and develop revenue tenants for long-term business
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with tenants through open and interactive communication
• Handle tenant complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, also follow up to ensure resolution
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools
• Listen to tenant concerns, issues and questions; identify and assess tenant needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
• Having experience in the e-commerce or startup industry (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and etc).
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (account receivable, key account executive, marketing, or sales).
