Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and orientation
• Review and analyze HR metrics to evaluate HR programs and initiatives
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with local labor laws
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee employee relations, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee benefits program
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
• Foster a positive work environment and culture that supports the company's values and mission

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in the FMCG industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex HR challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
