Senior Executive – Channel Profitability

The role holder will be required to assist the Head of Channel Profitability and Actuarial Manager – Channel Profitability to:

• Support Channel Profitability Manager to work with distribution channel to evaluate effectiveness of compensation to sellers and recommend changes to management together with distribution channels.
• Review and perform financial evaluation on incentive business cases proposed by distribution channel (i.e. Partnership Distribution, Corporate Business, and other new channels).
• Perform financial evaluation of distribution related projects, e.g. partnership deals or strategic projects.
• Track incentive spent vs agreed number.
• Perform post implementation review on approved incentive business cases.
• Support review of Group Business proposals which would be used for approval recommendation to Chief Actuary, including appropriateness of assumption setting and profitability level.
