New Product Development - Skincare

This position is under the Private Label Department that will manage the development of Tentang Anak Private Label for skincare product. This person is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: planning, gathering, and prioritizing product and customer requirements. This position also ensures the product supports the company’s overall values, mission, and vision
Responsibilities

• Work with external third parties to assess product development, partnership, and licensing opportunities (i.e Maklon, BPOM)
• Managing product development including financial projection, product launch timeline, and product quality test
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage product and samples
• Create market competitor analysis to create a winning product in the market
• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Conduct research and development for new and on-demand product

Requirements

• Deep understanding of product research and development
• Technical background with experience in Product licensing management procedures (i.e BPOM Procedure)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3-5 years experience as a Research and Development/Product Manager/Brand Manager in the consumer goods, skincare industry
• Demonstrated capability and related previous working experience in launching successful products in the market
• Able to work in fast pace industry
