Minimum pengalaman +- 2 tahun dibidang Beauty Product Development

Mampu melakukan penelitian tentang tren pasar masa kini

Mampu membuat, mengelola, mengembangkan dan menjalankan project plans secara tepat waktu

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): business negotiation, presentation skills, communication, Ms. Office.

Have a deep knowledge about skincare ingredients

Initiating and conducting survey and analysis including understanding of competitor trends and end user requirements and expectations.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degreein any field.

Experienced in product development and management

At least 3+ years experience in skincare and cosmetics industry

Responsible for driving initiatives across variety of skincare products

Research and development, understanding market trends

Create product strategy to engage more customers

Menyusun strategi, merencanakan, mengeksekusi, memantau campaign sales & marketing, dan menghasilkan ide baru untuk perusahaan

Memastikan dan bertanggung jawab setiap kegiatanMarketing Offlinedi ATL dan BTL

Memastikan dan bertanggung jawab setiap kegiatanMarketing Onlinedi media sosial dan digital platform

Menganalisa result sales & marketing yang dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk improvement dari time to time

Mengelola budget marketing secara eficient dengan hasil yang maksimal

Membangun serta mengembangkan jaringan distribusi penjualan

Assist in production during knowledge handover, to ensure SOP and work instructions are compliant.

Strong entrepreneurial skill & highly motivated

Research current trends in natural skincare products

Test and refine current products to ensure quality control and incorporate learnings into future projects

Responsible for full-cycle new product development: research, development, registration, documentation, and production scale-up strategies

Final semester students or fresh graduates form pharmacy or chemistry

Technical background with experience in Product licensing management procedures (i.e BPOM Procedure)

3-5 years experience as a Research and Development/Product Manager/Brand Manager in the consumer goods, skincare industry

Demonstrated capability and related previous working experience in launching successful products in the market

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Define the product strategy and roadmap

Conduct research and development for new and on-demand product
