New Product Development/ Chef

Requirement :

• Proven experience to implement culinary technique or recipes to new product development
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Culinary, Food & Beverage Service Management
• Computer literacy : Ms. Office, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).

:

• Make the standard formulation for all product
• Create culinary application and food testing to support RnD, and marketing activities
• Customer visit with sales team.
• Creating new product or improving recipes of our product
• Make SOP of all process to make the product
• Conducting cooking demonstration and giving culinary idea with our exsisting product
• Do trial related to product development
• Do the scale-up production before execute on first production for new products
• Implementing food creation in cooking demonstration using our product
• Work placement, Jalan Galaxy Blok B No. 293, Jaka Setia, South Bekasi.
• Observing market and food trends
