- Responsible for achieving the target area who have been set by direct superior
- Manage distributors to carry out their duties and responsibilities so as to be able to achieve the budget given by superiors
- Ensure all activities planned by direct superior can run in accordance with the objectives or targets that have been set
- Ensuring that the distributor team makes and runs the itinerary and activity plan in accordance with what has been determined
- Ensuring the distribution of products in the area can be well distributed and establish regular and potential outlet relationships as well as develop business growth on an ongoing basis (vertical or horizontal growth)
- Provide weekly sales reports and market conditions
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any major and reputable university.
- Preferably has experience in the building material industry or FMCG in the retail and project segment.
- Preferably lives in the local area or willing to move to Kalimantan Barat
- Local Bahasa is an advantage
- A good attitude is a must
