Operation Staff (Tarakan, North Kalimantan Placement)

Job Role:

Report to Base Manager to ensure the flight operations at the base run well accordingly to Indonesia CASR.

Responsibilities:

• To assist Base Manager in discussing, assessing, and planning for the flight request from the client with all related operations department personnel to ensure that the flight request is able to be executed in a safe and efficient manner and adheres to the company's manual and applicable regulations. After the planning, assist to ensure that flight operation planning is disseminated and communicated to all related personnel.
• Assist Base Manager in working together with lead personnel to ensure crews are managed so that operations can be carried out as required.
• Liaises with Base Manager and other management in HQ, Pilots, Ground Staff, and also customers.
• To assist and advise the Base Manager on all flight operation aspects of the Company for the flight operations.
• In charge to ensure all client air transport needs (charter requests and regular flight schedule) and manage the operations of all flights.
• Ensure the implementation of safety and safety reports with BERP (Base Emergency Responsibility Procedure) Accompany DGCA and prepare documents when the audit takes place at the base, such as renewal CoA, Pilot Check, and also AOC renewal.

Requirements:

• Willing to be placed in our base in Tarakan, North Kalimantan.
• May have or has held the license of FOO, Dangerous Goods, AVSEC license is a plus point.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Great communication skills and being able to work individually or in a team.
• Must be able to understand, converse and write in English.
• Has previous experience as Flight Following.
