Review and analyze effectiveness of RO/Player/Dealer programs and HQ/Region events and provide report to Group Head

Manage branch-level equipment procurement by determining the equipment demand for branch

At least three years of experience as a supervisor in quality measurement especially for cassava commodities.

Train Field Operation on offtakes harvest (Cassava) quality measurement and pricing in order for Field Operation to train Micro Collectors

Develop and update training material for offtake (Cassava) quality checking and its relationship with price

Must have experience at least 1 year in the same area

Have Good Communication Skills, Honest And Hard Workers

Bachelor's Degree from Kesehatan Masyarakat/Kesehatan Lingkungan/Entomology

Able to Work Individuals And Team Work, Creative, Innovative and Responsible

Attractive appearance (will be dealing with clients and give presentation)

Have driving license and able to drive

More than 10 years experience as Placement and After Sale leader in insurance brokerage firms

Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team

Lead, direct, and coordinate the General Insurance Placement team and After Sale team

Responsible to lead Placement team to obtain insurance quotations for our clients from General Insurance companies within SLA

Responsible to lead After Sale team include processing claims, assist clients with endorsements, documents and data keeping

1+ year experience as Business Development

Have experience in the automotive field is a plus
