You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

How You Will Contribute

You will:

• Report on activities.
• Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Min. 2 year experience in Sales field (preferably from FMCG industry)
• Willingness to travel as needed within the area.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Perseverance and attention to details
• Willing to be placed in Mamuju
• Result oriented, possesses high level of initiative and ethics in business process.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Agile and highly driven.
• Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
• Proven sales experience with a record of achieving targets.
• Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG
