Job Description

As the Sales Supervisor at our esteemed Baby Care Brand Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will encompass acquiring new stores, enhancing sales productivity in existing stores, and closely monitoring distributor performance


Job description:

  • Strengthen relationships with distributors through effective communication and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Negotiate terms, agreements, and merchandising placements to ensure optimal brand visibility and positioning.
  • Conduct regular reviews of distributor performance, offering guidance and support to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance to store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with distributors to set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance per store.
  • Identify and target potential retail partners to expand our brand's footprint.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to secure new store partnerships.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the management team to drive informed business strategies.
  • Generate regular sales reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with store managers to analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and execute plans to enhance revenue.


Qualifications:

  • Leadership qualities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or baby care industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new stores and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
