Sales Business Development Specialist

As a Jakarta & Bali based Digital Marketing Agency, AITIMEDIA provides digital marketing services to help owners scale up their businesses through integrated marketing solutions.

We are looking for an ambitious yet creative Sales Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding team in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

1. Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities
2. Generate new client leads
3. Collaboration with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting
4. Maintain strong relationship existing clients by providing support, information and guidance
5. Create and present a professional presentation and business proposal
6. Provide insights for new product or service development
7. Sales pitching and closing the deals.
8. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Design, Digital Media or Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 1 year Sales experience in Marketing / Design Agency, Startup, e-Commerce, or digital marketing services
3. Good English speaking and writing skills
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
5. Able to drive projects, and excellent attention to detail
6. Being to propose ideas and activities to answer the identified challenges
7. Good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure
