We are looking for an ambitious yet creative Sales & Business Development Executive to join our rapidly expanding team in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting
• Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities
• Provide insights for new product or service development
• Generate new client leads
• Maintain strong relationship existing clients by providing support, information and guidance
• Sales pitching and closing the deals.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
• Create and present a professional presentation and business proposal

Qualifications

• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design, Digital Media or Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year Sales experience in Marketing / Design Agency, Startup, e-Commerce, or digital marketing services
• Being to propose ideas and activities to answer the identified challenges
• Good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure
• Able to drive projects, and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
