We are currently hiring staffs for HRGA, Business Development, Leader Operations, Translator, Live Streaming Host.

HR & GA Roles:

1. Mastering interview technique that are efficient and effective.

2. Negotiate between applicants and users.

3. Managing employee attendance, payroll & update employee data.

4. Maintain the industrial relations between employees and company.

5. Responsible of for employee's K3

6. Managing company's asset, building maintenance and meeting all office needs and requirements (ATK, etc).

7. Solving problems related to HRD.

8. Collection of monthly KPI and targets.

9. Have understanding of BPJS and payroll calculations.

Requirements:

1. Willing to work in Karawang Area

2. Min. Education S1 Psychology / Law / HR.

3. Max. 35 years.

4. Able to use Microsoft Office, Excel.

5. Min. 1 year experience in HR field.

6. Understand labor law.

7. Understand employee recruitment process.

8. Willing to work under pressure, quickly and dynamically.

9. Have a good work ethic and discipline.

10. Honest, thorough, detail oriented and responsible.

11. Good understanding of English language and a plus if you understand Mandarin
