B2B Jewellery Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Jewelry Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, a proven track record in B2B sales, and excellent communication skills. As a B2B Sales Jewelry Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail jewelry stores, wholesalers, and other B2B clients. Your main goal will be to drive sales growth and increase market share within the jewelry industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Identify and prospect new B2B customers, including retail jewelry stores, wholesalers, and distributors.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Present product offerings and value propositions to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our jewelry products.
5. Conduct sales presentations and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns tailored for B2B customers.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
8. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management on a regular basis.
9. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand professional network and generate leads.
10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about the latest jewelry designs, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the jewelry industry.
3. Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
9. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and industry events.
