Job Description

Eurokars Group Indonesia is a highly reputable automotive company and the authorized distributor of Mazda vehicles in Indonesia. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional products and services, Eurokars Group has established a prominent presence in the Indonesian automotive market. As an Area Sales Manager responsible for multiple dealerships, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction for Mazda vehicles.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets across multiple dealerships within the assigned area.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and sales teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Conduct regular visits to dealerships to assess performance, address challenges, and provide necessary support to enhance sales effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
  6. Analyze sales data, market reports, and key performance indicators to evaluate dealership performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
  7. Coordinate with dealerships to ensure optimal inventory levels, product availability, and efficient order fulfillment.
  8. Work closely with other departments, such as finance, after-sales service, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and customer demands to capitalize on market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian automotive market, including customer preferences, competitor landscape, and dealership operations.
  4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with dealership stakeholders.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  7. Results-driven and proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and a passion for exceeding targets.
  8. Proficiency in using sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  9. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
  10. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area to visit dealerships and attend meetings as required.
