One of our Series A portfolio companies is hiring for a VP of Sales.

As a quick overview on the company, they are one of the leading AI-based identity verification (KYC, KYE, KYB) solutions providers in Indonesia for financial services, tech companies, enterprises, and more. As VP of Sales, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding their customer base, and building and leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales teams and maintain company-wide sales operations
• Outline and manage sales budgets
• Set quarterly and annual sales goals and provide detailed sales forecasting
• Review customer activity, market, anticipate customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong connections with banks and financial institutions in Indonesia is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or sales leadership position
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
