We’re looking for a Senior Talent Success to join our Managed Talent team, to maintain a healthy retention and provide the best experience for hubbers (talents managed by Glints) by conducting engagement activities and resolving issues on a daily basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting engagement activities and creating guideline for problem solving issues
• Working together with other stakeholders in order to create a better and comprehensive experience for the hubbers
• Guiding the team in resolving issues raised by hubbers
• Cooperating with Account Managers to ensure hubbers’ working experience
• Leading talent success team to manage the end to end process of hubbers experience
• Managing recycle rate of churning hubbers to drive retention rate

Who We Are Looking For

• Ability to keep track of collected data or documentations with great accuracy
• Ability to operate basic data processing tools (spreadsheets, excel, etc)
• A good and confident communicator, proactive person, and have good energy level to serve customers
• 3 years of working experience in HR industry or Customer Service industry
• Fast-paced worker, able to handle ambiguity and changes
• Ability to deep-analyze existing issues and find the most efficient solution according to issue categories
• Have a good leadership skills
