Job Description

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree from any major

2. Proven min. 1 year work experience as Customer Service, in Edutech industry preferred

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with customers.

4. Strong understanding of customer experience principles, strategies, and best practices.

5. Strong problem-solving skills while also paying attention to detail.

6. Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and priorities.

7. Self driven, love challenges and enjoy working in a fast-pacedenvironment

8. Have the ability to analyze data


:

1. Help Center and relationship Management for All Course, VIX, B2B course student and Job Acceleration Program Student (Manage Communication Flow)

2. Gather, analyze, and advocate user feedback periodically (pre study, on study, post study) and monitoring survey feedback submission rate

3. Handle complaints and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and providing appropriate remedies.

4. Collaborate with other departments to improve products and services and enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Decrease student churn rate by implement excellence service

6. Approach student about payment problem, learning problem, etc

7. Manage career counseling scheduleforstudents
