Job Description

Job Desc

Acquire and handle clients (Hotel, Resto, Cafe and Similar venues) within the region.

Conduct discovery calls, interactive demos and presentations to prospective clients.

Build and Lead team of regional field ops for hardware building and deployment.

Maintain healthy client relationships to improve retention rate and upsell opportunities

Discover blockers, find solutions that may improve overall acquisitions success rate

Coordinate with other departments to improve overall process for client acquisition

Collect feedback and insights from the retail sales experiences and proactively suggest improvement to product team

Attend offline meetings with clients as required


Requirement

Has minimum 2 years of experience as business development or sales

Has experience working in retail business, preferably in HORECA Network

Experienced in doing presentations and product demonstrations

Good level of english, both written and verbal
