Job Description

The ideal candidate will do 360 Tasks by getting new clients in the region and also do the recruitment based on the client's requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Research for Update Market in the region
  • Do the Canvasing/Visiting directly to the client site to introduce Elabram
  • Maintain relationship with existing client
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities for leads
  • 360 Tasks by doing the Sales and recruitment for the candidates based on clients' requirement
  • Develop Strategies to achieve the target sales
  • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Attend the event to get leads


Qualifications

  • Having experience in Recruitment will be an advantage
  • At least one year of experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Willing to work from the office (Surabaya) in the near future
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Surabaya
