Business Development Officer Jobs

Eco Tourism Bali seeks a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Officer. In this role, the candidate will play a vital part in introducing and promoting sustainability verification services to accommodation and restaurant businesses in Bali. Your primary focus will be selling Eco Tourism Bali memberships and driving the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on sustainability trends, practices, and initiatives in the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Actively engage with potential clients, and educate them about the benefits of Eco Tourism Bali memberships and sustainable tourism verification.
• Introduce and promote sustainability verification services to accommodation and restaurant businesses in Bali.
• Provide regular feedback to the team regarding market insights, client needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's sustainability goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Eco Tourism Bali, representing our values and mission to potential clients and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of sustainability and its application in the tourism industry.
• At least three years of experience in hotel and tourism sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to be domiciled or relocate to Bali
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
