Requirements

  • Fast learner and have a good product knowledge
  • Build harmony and smoothness of work both with internal and external parties
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech backgrounds is preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
  • Proven with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Sales or Account Executive with a B2B brand or company
  • Willing to work under pressure, adapt well with a sales target, and a new business environment
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated, and good coordination skills.


Responsibilities

  • Answer all the questions from a customer about products, process, and item’s availability
  • Create new initiatives to generate leads
  • Upsell and cross-sell into existing accounts
  • Retain leads
  • Execute a GTM strategy
  • Follow up leads
  • Cold call prospective customers
  • Qualify and manage leads
  • Convert the sales pipeline to opportunities
