Job Description
Summary The role will focus on supporting GE Molecular Imaging (MI) ASEAN and develop molecular imaging business for Indonesia. The role may work individually at an account and as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Be responsible for supporting customer relationship and product sales for MI products, and to support MI business for product and sales and able to drive more proactive customer engagement for product positioning, technical presentation, value proposition and post-sales customer engagement with better coordinate and manage the experience for our customers throughout the life cycle of their GE products.GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
  • Use market and product knowledge for product positioning, technical presentation, customer engagement for entire sales cycle which includes product sales and marketing support for customer success and satisfaction.
  • Primary focus will be to provide support to MI segment customers in Indonesia but also periodically support our users within the other countries in ASEAN.
  • Lead pre-sale and post-sale clinical applications at new installations and existing install base to customer satisfaction, bound to GE global standards
  • Possess strong interpersonal and customer and management skills, has ability to work in high-pressure environments and places personal and business integrity at forefront.
  • Become recognized expert in product/clinical technical competencies; answer a wide range of questions concerning product and clinical MI side.
  • Support sales activities in ASEAN region when needed (Society congress, demo/visit/presentation, product configuration, product management, training and regional KOL engagement etc.)
  • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes
  • Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuous engagement on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
  • Drive realization of revenue thru execution of on-site delivery targets.
  • Generates and maintain customer profiles, including key decision makers.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maximize MI funnel, orders, sales, market share and margin to next level for sustainable business grow
  • Market growth initiatives (i.e. industry tradeshows, product demos, image quality collection, and clinical sites).
  • Successful candidate will be a self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Collaborate and support regulatory registration for MI products for Indonesia. Lead regulatory approvals for calibration sources for MI products in Indonesia and support ASEAN countries.
  • Produce product quotes, configuration validation, learn and lead product sales process
Quality Specific Goals:
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, and relevant Int’l Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or Int’l / local Law is broken.
  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines and identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Int’l / local Law is broken
Required Qualifications:
  • To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record.
  • BSc/MSc, Associates, preferably Medical Imaging technology or Nuclear Medicine
  • Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territory and periodically within ASEAN
  • Knowledge in handling MS office tools, presentation skills, Excel works for business presentation and proficiency in communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience of Medical imaging equipment. Basic knowledge of Molecular Imaging products considered as preferred candidature.
  • Local language, fluent English, and additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to regional sales meetings and tradeshows
  • Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment
