Product Lead (Reporting To Ceo)

YoRipe is a community based platform connecting FMCG brands with their end-consumers in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

We are looking for a driven and experienced individual to join and lead our Product Team.

Mission (Ready to *really* make an impact?)

The mission of the Product Lead is to ensure that YoRipe app has the best product driving the company’s strategy, meeting user expectations and business objectives. The role defines product strategy, takes ownership of product roadmap, plans resources and ensures tech, UX/UI and operations are aligned in delivering the product.

Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end Product Management

·You will be the highest in our product department and responsible for our mobile application and web application.

·Define and own the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the executive and Product team.

· Own the product roadmap, strategizes and prioritizes with business objectives, tech and UX/UI resources

· Be the product owner for product design, implementation and live deployment

·Be responsible for the user experience and security of the product

·Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable products

· Define, maintain product requirements documents (PRDs), illustrate user journeys, how the features would be used and adopted

·Have overall accountability for end to end delivery excellence of the YoRipe platform

2. Hiring & Talent Development:

·Lead, grow and scale the Product, Design & Dev team, which is currently composed of 4 passionate tech & product people (1 Frontend, 1 Backend, 1 PM Ops Intern & 1 UX designer)

Technical Skill Requirements:

· Min. 5 years of product experience in a consumer mobile app

· Excellent level of English in order to communicate with a multicultural team (Indonesia, Singapore, India)

· Able to translate business objectives to features, building and managing product roadmap

· Led key growth for products and product launches

· Experience in leading a team of engineers, UX/UI designers

· Experience with growth loops in community B2C products

· Worked on product using PHP (Laravel), HTML, CSS, MySQL, Javascript for back-end development
