Summary
The role drives a coherent sales and overall business strategies across GE Healthcare (GEHC) localization portfolios in Indonesia, and optimizes the use of resources to cover market potential for localized products. In driving localization, you shall define go-to-market strategy, lead all GEHC activities to achieve the operating plan, and drive business growth by aligning sales, manufacturing and any other functions, and by working closely with the country, regional and global business and function leaders.GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to set appropriate OP targets for localization products, based on the market potential, for the Sales Managers and/or Account Managers in conjunction with the Product Leadership.
• Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to the full GEHC product and services solutions and ensure that teams strengthen their knowledge on how to differentiate GE offering.
• Know Key Opinion Leaders; manage professional relations with key customers, government & administrative bodies in order to deepen understanding of customer challenges and needs.
• Accountable to achieve the quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for GE Healthcare in Indonesia (orders, sales, and CM, BC, OM) for localization products, together with customer satisfaction & retention
• Provide wing to wing leadership to drive overall sales and business strategies for localization program in Indonesia, facilitating effective communication & collaboration within the country, regional and global business and function leaders.
• Accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales of localization products per the normal reporting cycles
• Responsible for driving operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline as well as forecasting performance against OP with their teams for localization products, and delivering on fulfillment targets and order backlog commitments for localization product.
• Act as a primary customer point of contact in the country and represent One GE Healthcare for localization portfolios, in case of multimodality projects and cross-P&L business events and ultimately accountable for issue resolution for assigned country.
• Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities for localization in the country. Provide ongoing feedback to Management, Region and Marketing.
• Drive the Go-to-market strategy in conjunction with the relevant Product leaders in order to drive localization program.
• In conjunction with relevant regional marketing, product and regional sales force effectiveness resources, determine the market potential for the country and prioritize the localization portfolio opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
• Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills
• Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development
• 10+ experience in Business Management or Sales/Marketing OR equivalent years of experience in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry.
• Deep knowledge of Healthcare solutions, products and services offered.
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization
• Strong leadership skills
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree level.
• High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
• Direct and/or Indirect management experience; managing in a matrix organization.
