Job Description

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the main account strategy and ensuring the implementation of the strategic plan that has been made. maintain good and professional relationships with the main account. where the main goal is to achieve sales targets for key accounts effectively and efficiently, as well as improving the performance of key accounts.


:

• Develop trust relationships with a protofolio of major clients (Erafone & telesindo) to ensure they do not turn to competition.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key channel needs and requirements

• Serve as the link of communication between key channel and deal with complaints to maintain trust

• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

•Tracking & monitoring Erafone & Telesindo sales target as target plan.

• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics


Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.
  • Full professional proficiency in English & Chinese
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of relevant work experience
