Identify And Access Management (Iam) Lead

FinAccel is a fun, fast growing company with lofty ambitions. Starting with instant ecommerce financing, we are on a goal to disrupt unsecured lending in Southeast Asia, one of the fastest growing economic regions globally. Our first product, Kredivo, which integrates at merchant checkout, qualifies e-commerce buyers for instant ecommerce purchase financing at rates, which are much lower than consumer finance companies. We do this by using breakthrough technology and science to unlock unprecedented insights about credit risk and fraud from multiple data sources: phone, social networks, telco, financial and location data.

FinAccel is looking for an experienced and seasoned Identity and Access Management lead to play a key role within enterprise IT organization for the establishment and expansion of IAM function. This role will be responsible for the successful definition, planning and execution of identity and access management activities (IDP/cloud directory services, SSO/MFA) and architecture. The role will report to the Head of IT.

Responsibilities:

• Define the mid-term direction, organization, processes, controls and architecture for company-wide identity management
• Drive program execution and implementation of planned activities with strong project management and with consistent communication and proactive risk management.
• Collaborate across organizations and with senior leadership/executives to ensure identity management policies, configurations and controls meet the requirements of the company and external regulations. Acts as an advocate of identity management best practices

Requirements:

• Experience in the financial services industry or with OJK regulations is an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience in both project management and service operations
• Both hands-on executional experience (e.g. directory data management, policy configuration, SSO / MFA configurations) as well as design experience (group structure, policy design etc..)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams around the organization. Excellent command of English.
• Experience with other cloud platforms (such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspaces) with regards to identity management, user provisioning, SSO / MFA configuration
• Vendor management experience
• Knowledge of SAML, LDAP and RADIUS authentication
• Minimum 5+ years experience in the space of identity management with platforms such as AAD, OKTA or Jumpcloud (strongly preferred).
