Job Description

🙌🏻 About Us

Pan Era Group is holding company of PT Elastis Reka Aktif (ERA), PT Elite Recycling Indonesia (ERI), and PT Eterna Persada Indonesia. By using Circular Economy model, Recycled company who focused on Polyethylene (PE) plastic product. Plastic recycled will be processed into plastic pallet that will be raw materials of product's packaging and find applicability in other areas such as manufacture, plastic's suppliers, etc.


💰Salary

Rp 5,000,000 - 6,000,000


👑 Job Role

  • Mengurusi BPJS kesehatan maupun ketenagakerjaan
  • Melakukan administrasi training atau induksi baik kepada karyawan baru dan karyawan lama
  • Mengelola data karyawan meliputi absensi, perizinan, dan perhitungan gaji karyawan
  • Melakukan proses seleksi dan rekrutmen karyawan baru sesuai lowongan kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan


⛩️ Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Psikologi atau Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia
  • Ulet, Jujur, komunikasi baik, dan mampu bekerja
  • Pernah memberikan training atau induksi karyawan lebih diutamakan
  • Pengalaman kerja di dunia manufaktur lebih diutamakan
  • Menguasai alat tes psikologi dan interview kandidat
  • Memahami administrasi payroll dan BPJS
  • Setidaknya memiliki pengalaman untuk posisi HR Staff satu tahun
  • Menguasai bahasa Inggris dan Mandarin diutamakan
