Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy or another related major from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3,4 is required
2. At least 10 years of experience in business development focusing on solar energy
3. Previous experience in handling hybrid solar PV (solar PV & battery remains connected to the diesel generator) will be an advantage
4. Able to communicate in Chinese is required

1. Initiate, maintain, and cultivate strategic relationships with related parties, especially PLN, to foster continuous long-term business support and collaborative efforts.
2. Shortlist solar energy related projects for advanced development
3. Perform detailed feasibility studies and technical analysis for solar energy projects
4. Responsible for project development activities for large scale solar projects
