Executive Chef Jobs

Grün Resorts is hiring an Executive Chef.

The Executive Chef will be incharge of three outlets and large banquet events. Ensuring that the kitchen provides fresh, appealing, properly flavored foods while focusing on food costs. Responsible for maintaining quality of food products and ensuring consistency in food delivery and standards.

Responsibilities

·Monitor the operational expenses for your department and report accordingly as per set procedures.

·Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly management reports are up to date and are completed in accordance with

the corporate and brand requirements and procedures

·Design the budget, analyze and monitor regularly the results for your department and take appropriate actions

and decisions.

·Ensure proper stock keeping, inventory and management (use and maintenance) for the material necessary in

your department

·Assist Purchasing department in selecting suppliers for items related to your department

·Make use of relevant techniques (selling, marketing, communication..) to promote the activity in your department

·Regularly check customer comments on social media and react accordingly to improve the service delivery of

your team

Qualifications

•Associate degree in culinary arts

•3+ years of kitchen experience

•Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs

• Experience working within budget constraints.
