Job Title: Executive Chef - Infinity Beach Club Batam

Responsibilities:

1. Provide culinary leadership and strategic direction to the culinary team.
2. Create and design enticing menus that elevate the dining experience.
3. Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
4. Develop and monitor food and labor budgets.
5. Train and mentor kitchen staff, implementing ongoing training programs.
6. Collaborate with suppliers for sourcing high-quality ingredients.
7. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
8. Coordinate with the events team to plan and execute special culinary events.
9. Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
10. Stay updated with culinary trends, techniques, and industry advancements.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
2. Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a diverse culinary team.
3. Strong creative and conceptual skills in menu development.
4. Solid understanding of cost control measures and budgeting.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Meticulous attention to detail.
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Culinary education or relevant experience.
