  • Plating makanan

KETENTUAN


  • WAJIB menguasai menu Western
  • Menguasai cara pembuatan resep serta menghitung COGS makanan
  • Memiliki pengetahuan luas tentang menu makanan dan prosesnya : jenis daging; teknik pemotongan; tingkat kematangan sayur dan daging)
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
