Responsibilities
- Supervise, control, and carry out pre production & production activities at Central Kitchen
- Analyze food cost central kitchen
- Checking and ensuring product demand requested by each outlet
- Coordinating knowledge transfer and product calibration with the R&D Chef
- Handling complaints about the quality products produced
Qualifications
- Having product knowledge, result oriented, detail oriented, product quality control, hygiene & sanitation, food cost and cooking skill
- Minimum 3 years experience in central kitchen or as Sous Chef
- Will be placed in Rungkut Surabaya
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in supervisory level
- SMK / Diploma majoring in Food Administration / Culinary / Hospitality
