Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, control, and carry out pre production & production activities at Central Kitchen
  • Analyze food cost central kitchen
  • Checking and ensuring product demand requested by each outlet
  • Coordinating knowledge transfer and product calibration with the R&D Chef
  • Handling complaints about the quality products produced


Qualifications


  • Having product knowledge, result oriented, detail oriented, product quality control, hygiene & sanitation, food cost and cooking skill
  • Minimum 3 years experience in central kitchen or as Sous Chef
  • Will be placed in Rungkut Surabaya
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in supervisory level
  • SMK / Diploma majoring in Food Administration / Culinary / Hospitality
