We’re looking for a great leader for our NGO of Bye Bye Plastic Bags! If your passion is making a greater impact to the environment through education, this will be a great position for you!

Things we are looking for in a Project Leader:

🌴 Fluent in Bahasa and English

🌴 Based in Bali

🌴 Full time position only

🌴 Able to start immediately

🌴 Work well under pressure

🌴 Incredible leadership skills, solutions oriented, and a positive attitude :)

Your roles:

💥 Lead our team of youth on Bali in their monthly activities

💥 Do one on one check ups on our team members and their involvement, making sure the team is effective

💥 Reach out, coordinate and maintain the relationships with schools for presentations and workshops

💥 Host monthly meetings for the Bali team at the HQ and virtually

💥 Host monthly meetings for the Global team virtually

💥 Point of contact and maintain relationship with partners regularly

💥 Host monthly meetings for the Global team virtually

💥 Check up and coordinate Mountain Mamas social enterprise which include tasks like order the alternative bags, thank sponsors, find shops to sell the bags

💥 Lead, organise and mobilise participants for the annual Bali’s Biggest Clean Up which takes place every February

We’d love it if you have…

✨ A min. of 3 years experience working for the public sector (NGO)

✨ Creative ideas on community engagement activities and campaigns

✨ Great attention to details

✨ Great organisation skills on the ground and behind the desk

✨ Networks of the like minded organisations and institutions

✨ Marketing background

✨ An understanding of behavioural change

✨ Skills in empowering and educating youth are a plus point! :)
