• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering assistance.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a receptionist, customer relations officer, or similar role is preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if needed.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
• Professional appearance and grooming
