Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have a good communication skills

Maintain records of consumer conversations and transactions, including details of questions, complaints, and comments; and include consumer decisions.

Contacting consumers in response to inquiries, notifying them of investigation results, or following up on consumer inquiries or complaints

Refer unresolved consumer complaints to other departments for further investigation.

Proven experience in a customer service supervisory or managerial role, preferably in Relocation, Real Estate and Hospitality Sector.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software applications.

Develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance overall customer experience and meet/exceed customer satisfaction goals.
