Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst

:

• UI configuration for user system (eg: create roles, skill, etc)
• Creating document user requirement (eg: FSD/TSD/FDD/user training etc)
• Assisting with the business case
• Helping clients with change management activities by translating and simplifying requirements
• Providing consultancy with customers to identify business challenges by eliciting requirements and to provide solution with activities leading to high value-business solutions to overcome customer’s business issues
• Providing best practice solution for engineer
• Designing, testing, installing and monitoring new systems
• Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers
• Skilled business analysts also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
• Proactive update continuously regarding update progress
• Organizing training for users and others consultants
• Managing customer expectation
• Presenting solutions in written or oral reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience as Business Analyst
• Strong negotiation skill
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology or Information System
• Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision
• Familiar to conduct testing activities (SIT, UAT, Sanity Test, etc), including preparing the Test Scenarios
• Strong in teamwork
• Having basic any programming languages including API
• Experiences in telco or banking business
• Having good managerial time and job
• Experienced in complex business process analysis & mapping by using various kind of diagram such as Use Case, Flowchart, Sequence Diagram, etc
• Having experience for user system configuration
• Proficient both in verbal or written communication in Bahasa Indonesia or English
• Familiar in contact center system application
