Job Description

Hi, Our Client (Multinational Online Transportation Company) looking forCustomer Relationship Management!

Requirements:

  • Familiar with integrated CRM tools and lead management software (Salesforce, MoEngage, Clevertap, etc).
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, management or any related field.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and a great communicator.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or in-app marketing in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Creative, Product, Analytics, and other teams to deliver new solutions and enhancement.
  • Gather insights on customer behavior and transform these into actionable ideas, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Ensure quality of offers, incentives, and content to drive campaign results
  • Weekly and monthly reporting, able to do analysis, identify additional relevant data points, and extract insight to obtain an understanding of the users, product metrics, and latest trends with minimum supervision.
  • Create, develop, and execute in-app communication plans to enhance customer engagement.


Duration: 3 Months, possible to extend

Job Types: Full-time, Contract


Salary: Rp6,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
