Competition Trainee Associate (Bachelor Of Economics)

Job description

Carry out day-to-day legal groundwork for clients as directed and under supervision of mid-associates, senior associates and/or partners.

Responsibilities

1. Delivering quality work for every task assigned with minimum error/ re-work required in all tasks assigned by supervisors.
2. Communicating and presenting thoughts, arguments, or analysis to various stakeholders.
3. Conducting research (both field and desk) based on the direction of supervisors.
4. Conduct drafting for certain technical aspect (e.g., hearing report, meeting report, translations, administrative matters, etc.).
5. Conduct legal drafting partially based on supervisor direction (e.g., legal memo/submission).
6. Developing Minutes of Meeting for every meeting or court.
7. Facts and documents handling.
8. Utilizing various growth opportunities (reading, attending courses, seminars, sharing session, etc.) provided by Firm to ensure continuous personal improvement.
9. Actively complying to timesheet standard of AHP.
10. Other tasks required by Competition Practice Group.

Qualifications

• Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to proffer well-grounded and practical solutions
• Capable of understanding and responding to client’s business needs
• Capable of working as a team player
• Inquiring mind and committed to self-development and continuous learning
• Has excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Indonesian reputable universities within the last 2 years.
• Has maximum 2 years of professional experience.
• Able to forge solid professional relationship with clients and colleagues alike
