Business Development & Partnership Manager

You will be responsible to handle various types of Business Development & Partnership Managerprojects and day-to-day activities such as:

:

● This role will be responsible for end to end business partnership development cycle

● Identifying potential partner as reseller to expand Talentics indirect sales channel.

● Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.

● Ensuring utilization of Talentics product in each partner.

● Collaborate with B2B Sales Team to build and implement business strategy to increase number of sales.

Job Requirement :

● Bachelor's Degree in any field preferably Business, Communications, PR.

● Target-driven Sales professional with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude

● At least 5 year of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business development and expanding new business opportunity in HR Industry

● Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization;

● Have a good leadership & problem solver

● Excellent planning, listening, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

● Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
